SWARMSEQ

Mathematics in rhythm. Algorithms in motion — seven generative engines and a built-in one-shot sampler produce evolving rhythmic and melodic patterns.

Price: €24.00 | Formats: VST3, AU, Standalone

Description

SwarmSeq is a professional-grade generative MIDI sequencer and sampler powered by seven mathematical pattern generators — Euclidean, Fibonacci, Mandelbrot, Probabilistic, Pseudo-Factorial, Euclidean Length, and Chord. Each engine produces structurally coherent yet continuously evolving patterns. A built-in one-shot sampler lets you load WAV/AIFF/FLAC samples per lane, triggered directly by algorithmic patterns with per-lane output mode (MIDI Only, Sample Only, or Both). Repitch for semitone-accurate pitch shifting, per-lane volume and pan controls, drag & drop loading with CRT-glow waveform display, and full DAW state recall. Dual visualization through circular ring displays and interactive step grids. Arpeggiator (5 modes), scale quantizer, per-step velocity, and pattern intelligence (complexity analysis + algorithmic mutation) complete the toolkit.

Key Features

  • 7 mathematical pattern generators (Euclidean, Fibonacci, Mandelbrot, Probabilistic, and more)
  • Built-in one-shot sampler — load WAV/AIFF/FLAC samples per lane
  • Per-lane output mode: MIDI Only, Sample Only, or Both (simultaneous)
  • Repitch via baseNote — semitone-accurate pitch shifting (C4 = original)
  • Per-lane volume and pan with zipper-free smoothing
  • Drag & drop sample loading with CRT-glow waveform display
  • Full DAW state recall — samples Base64-embedded in presets
  • Dual visualization: circular ring display + linear step grid
  • Arpeggiator with 5 modes (Off, Up, Down, UpDown, Random)
  • Scale quantizer with selectable root note and scale
  • Per-step velocity with visual drag feedback
  • Pattern Intelligence: complexity analyzer + algorithmic mutator
  • Focus Mode for deep single-lane editing
  • Lock-free triple-buffered architecture for real-time stability
